Transformer foil winding machine BRJ1000-2 is mainly used to wind copper foil coils or aluminium foil coils. These foil coils can be used to make dry type transformer coils with maximum height 1000mm and other similar products. With two foil decoler and two insulation shaft, the transformer foil winding machine can wind one or two layers of foils and one or two layers of insulation paper. The transformer foil winding machine is privided with one 15kw motor to provide big torque. TIG welding unit is for welding foil and bus bar together. The transformer foil winding machine features easy operation, big torque, smooth running and so on.
